2. Regulatory and licensing information
The Company operates as a logistics and freight forwarding provider in accordance with applicable Thai laws and regulations, including but not limited to:
- Thai Customs Act B.E. 2469 (as amended, including Customs Act B.E. 2560 (2017))
- Thai Land Transport Act B.E. 2522 and regulations of the Department of Land Transport
- Hazardous Substances Act B.E. 2535 (1992) for Dangerous Goods handling
- Industrial Estate Authority of Thailand Act and Customs Free Zone regulations for Free Zone warehousing
The Company provides import and export customs clearance services in Thailand as a licensed customs broker registered with the Thai Customs Department and through appointed overseas agents at foreign ports.
3. Standard Terms and Conditions of Service
All Services provided by Full Well Freight (Thailand) Co., Ltd. are governed by our Standard Terms and Conditions of Service (Version 2.0, Effective Date: 1 January 2025), which are incorporated by reference into every quotation, booking confirmation, Bill of Lading, waybill, invoice, and service agreement issued by the Company.
The attention of the Customer is expressly drawn to the clauses of these Terms which exclude or limit the liability of the Company and those which require the Customer to indemnify the Company in certain circumstances. By engaging the services of the Company, the Customer unconditionally agrees to these Terms in their entirety.
4. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, all content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, icons, and software, is owned or licensed by Full Well Freight (Thailand) Co., Ltd. and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or publicly display any content without our prior written consent, except as permitted by mandatory law.
5. Governing law and jurisdiction
This Legal Notice and any dispute arising out of or in connection with the use of this website shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand, without regard to conflict of law principles. Subject to any mandatory arbitration provisions in our Standard Terms and Conditions of Service, the courts of Thailand shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction.
