This Privacy Policy explains how Full Well Freight (Thailand) Co., Ltd. (“the Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, stores, and protects personal data of customers, suppliers, business partners, and website users in connection with our logistics and freight forwarding services.
By requesting, accepting, or using any Service of the Company, you acknowledge that your personal data may be processed in accordance with this Privacy Policy and our Standard Terms and Conditions of Service.

2.1 Customer and shipment data
We may collect the following categories of data:
- Identification data (name, position, company name, tax ID, registration details)
- Contact data (address, email, phone, fax, emergency contacts)
- Shipment and customs data (commercial invoices, packing lists, HS codes, values, origin, licences)
- Billing and payment data (invoices, bank details, payment records, credit terms)

Any such sharing is limited to what is necessary to perform the Services or comply with legal obligations.
6. International transfers
Due to the nature of international logistics, personal data may be transferred to and processed in countries outside Thailand and outside your country of residence. We take reasonable steps to ensure that any such transfers are subject to appropriate safeguards as required by applicable law.
7. Data retention
We retain personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including to comply with legal, accounting, and audit requirements. For customs and tax purposes, certain records may be retained for up to the maximum period permitted or required under Thai law (for example, post-clearance audit periods of up to five (5) years under the Thai Customs Act B.E. 2560).

We implement reasonable technical and organisational measures designed to protect personal data against accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorised disclosure, or access. However, no system can be guaranteed to be completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security of information transmitted over the internet.
